Dynamic View in WorkApps Error

As of this morning when trying to load up a dynamic view in the workapps on Iphone, in error is displayed at the top of screen stating: "Unexpected input on Byte 1". This is happening with multiple users including myself. I have tried different dynamic views with different data and are getting the same results.

Did you ask the Smartsheet Support already? It looks like the error in the system.

Hi @kowal, I have submitted yesterday morning to support and have a case number, but they are slow to respond with anything meaningful. As this error as has shut down a process that we perform for our client, I was hoping someone on the Community had an answer.

What kind of support do you have contracted with Smartsheet?

Have you read your SLA like what is the response time from their site to fix the issue etc.?
