Smartsheet as automated help desk ticketing

I was able to create form in smartsheet to take question(With applicable fields we want to track(How often internal/external questions come from specific sites, etc), but can i add unique ticket number in the email confirmation that they have submitted the form?

Unfortunately it's not possible to include a unique ticket number in the email confirmation of the form submission.
However, you can submit a Product Feedback Request, so that other people can up vote this idea.
