Integration with Businessmap - Empty date cells coming in as 1/1/70
I'm having ansame issue with an integration from Businessmap that just started a few weeks ago. We are using the start date as the start date column for a gnatt chart. Previously if the start date was blank in Businessmap the start date would come into Smartsheet blank. Now, if the start date is blank in businessmap it's coming into Smartsheet as 1/1/70. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @KPeltzel, this is most likely happening because Businessmap is sending Smartsheet a "0" value instead of an empty value.
1/1/70 typically corresponds to the number 0.
I wonder if Businessmap made a change to their integration and decided to start sending 0 instead of blanks.
One thing that you can do is create a "Clear Cell Value" workflow automation, that checks if the value is 1/1/70, and if so, it clears the cell to make it empty.
