How to bulk reassign tasks within Resource Management?

I am trying to bulk reassign tasks that belong to a Placeholder role. I am in the "Allocation Heatmap" view within the Schedule tab of Resource Management and I'm able to select each task and reassign it, however it doesn't let me select multiple. This means that I have to manually click numerous tasks to reassign it to the same person. Is there a faster way to do this? I should note that these tasks are pulled from multiple sheets so it isn't possible to just make the reassignments from the Smartsheet sheet.

If your work is really repetitive and you always need to assign the tasks to the same people there are few options.

1. You can use the workflow Assign People that will assign contact to the contact list column based on some conditions that you need to identify and set.
2. You can use index/match formula and in the different sheet setup which tasks shall be assigned to which group/users if this is repetitive and always use the same criteria for assigning.

The work isn't necessarily repetitive, it just involves changing many data points. I have a separate sheet for each project in the workspace that lists the resources assigned to each phase. This sheet is what Resource Management pulls it's info from. If as an example, I need to reassign a person from 5 projects, I need to go into each project sheet and reassign each task to the new person. It should be possible in the Resource Management Allocation Heatmap to select multiple tasks across multiple projects and reassign to a new person. The current process is extremely time consuming and inefficient.
