Two logins one purchased and one paid pro subscription
Hello - I have managed to create two logins using two gmail accounts. I want to merge the accounts so both have access to the same workspaces.
Which way should I merge them. Free account into Pro account or Pro account into free account?
Does this make sense?
When I purchased the pro account I cannot create a workspace it says I have to request permission. So somehow I have broken the pro/membership account.

I'm not sure what the best path is for this problem, but I have an idea. Upgrade both accounts to Pro accounts. Then have Account 2 share everything with Account 1. Then downgrade Account 2 to a free account.
Then use Account 1 to log into everything.
Your Account 1 should have access to everything and can be the main account.

Hi SSFeatures,,
I took a leap and removed the account from SmartSheet that I had not paid for. It was a bit of a risk, but since I am only using them for training, I decided to try it. It worked, as the items I used from the non-paying account, the paid account could still see, access and make changes to.
