Why didn't the Admin Center's ownership transfer work?

An employee quit without sharing an important Smartsheet with anyone. The Administrator assigned ownership to me, following the exact procedure documented by Smartsheet for this situation. It didn't work. The Administrator's report shows I am the owner, but the Smartsheet isn't even visible to me, and I cannot find any Smartsheet help to explain what is wrong.

- Go to User Management > Admin Center
- Locate the deactivated/quitting user’s sheets via Transfer Ownership
- Open the original Transfer Summary Report
- Open the sheet in question and manually share it with you
If all else fails, ask the Administrator to:
- Download the sheet as a backup (Excel export)
- Re-upload it and share it with you as Owner (this is last resort and may break automations)

Naeem. Thank you so much for trying to help. There are 2 System Admins, and I am one of the 2 System Admins. We can only find the name of the sheet listed in the Access Report, with me as the owner. Above you wrote "Open the sheet in question". As System Admins, neither of us can the sheet in order to open it or download it. We cannot find any Help/Support to tell us where or how does the System Admin find a sheet to open it?
