idk, 5th attempt here: need you to fix connections to our egnyte so we can add files. please…. its been a month with zero response.

That said, I can see that this error message is actually from Egnyte, not Smartsheet. Because of this, I would recommend contacting Egnyte Support: Egnyte Helpdesk.
