Anyone help me show slack\free float on a project?

Did you turn on the critical path on your project schedule?

If you turn on critical path it will mark in red all those tasks that delays will impact the end of the project.

Anything else that is not marked can be moved - but in smartsheet you cannot go so deep to check how much delays you can have in the tasks that are not part of Critical Path.

as there is not such feature as slack / free float maybe you can request it in the new product ideas section of this community.
