Automated Workflow No Longer Generating Emails

Hello, I have an automated workflow that generated emails correctly in test. Now that we are in production (and users have been added to the workspace), the automation no longer generates emails. The workflow has the following error message. Can you tell me how to resolve it? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Not sure if it is helpful but i had a similar issue once and it was because I was trying to get updates from a team member that I failed to share the sheet with and then happened again when I failed to make them a contact in my list of Smartsheet contacts. My tests always worked because I was forcing to run automation and sending to myself. Hope it is as simple as my mistake and that this advice helps some. :) best of luck
