Data Shuttle - don't delete certain rows

I have a sheet that tracks current projects for all employees, we also track their time off requests here and turn it into a Gantt chart and use it as a workload tracker.
I'd like to create a Data shuttle so I can drop updates to the projects into the sheet (new projects, remove completed projects, updates, etc). The issue is the time off requests are manually added to the workload tracker and won't appear on the source sheet that I'd be uploading via Data Shuttle so all the manually added time off requests are being deleted.
Is there a way for the Data Shuttle to update the projects but leave the manually added rows alone?
The CRD number is what I use as the unique identifier for the Data Shuttle. The manually entered 'Vacation' would not have a CRD.

I see the options I have and have tried a mixture of them but can't seem to make any of them work. I don't believe this is possible using Data Shuttle, I will most likely setup automation to move off anything that does not meet the criteria to remain on the open projects list. Thanks!
