If I have a task that is complete, how do I mark it complete where it moves it to the bottom of the sheet?

There currently isn't a way to conditionally move rows; they must be manually moved at this time.
When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site.
You might also look into using a third-party integration to accomplish what you need, such as with a service like Zapier.
