SFDC Connector

We are looking to implement the SFDC connector, and I was wondering if you are able to enter information into SFDC, have it linked to Smartsheet, and every time you make a change it feeds back into SFDC.

Yes, with the Smartsheet Salesforce Connector, you can sync data between Smartsheet and Salesforce in both directions. That means if you enter or update information in Smartsheet, it can feed back into Salesforce, as long as the sync is set up that way.

You can also create new records and edit Salesforce data from Smartsheet without needing to go directly into Salesforce.
