How can I send an email to all of the members of a contact list on a sheet? I do not see a way to essentially dump the contact list to Outlook.

There is not such option to members of the contact list just like that.

You would need to add them all to the row and send email.

You might also create user group of all those people that are in your contact list and send email to the group.
