SSO available for Business Plan?

Hi We noticed in the pricing page, the SSO is available for Business Plan, however all articles on how to activate SSO indicates it's only for Enterprise Plan (https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476661-saml-sso-overview-enterprise).
So, can the Business plan also activate SSO? If yes, how?
Is it available in Legacy Model or User Subscription Model?
Any advice or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I am using PRO plan don't know about the business one.
Click Admin Centre from bottom left Account tab and click on top left three bars to open below tab:
Click Authentication to reach SSO.

Pricing page shows βSSOβ for Business, but that refers to basic login options (e.g., OIDC, OAuth) β not SAML/SAMLβbased SSO.
For SAML-based SSO, you must be on an Enterprise plan and have a System Admin configure it.

@Naeem Ejaz thanks for your prompt response. Are you saying that System Admin in Pro and Business plan can also configure the SSO, or the individual user can do it? Where can they access this page? I can't seem to find more information about this in Smartsheet Help articles.
