why can't I identify a photo through AI tagging?

So Brandfolder has implemented AI tagging in the Advanced feature of General Settings. I went ahead and turned it on. But when I attempt to search for photos in various sections and type in various keywords that I think would identify a particular photo, nothing is coming up.

I'm not understanding what is wrong here. I thought that AI would automatically generate tags for every photo that you've uploaded into BF. Is that not the case?

Hi @Bluesunday123,

The auto-tagging feature in Brandfolder adds tags to assets according to what it identifies within the asset. It may be that the tags that are automatically applied do not match the keywords you’re using to search for the asset.

However, if you find that tags are not being automatically generated, or if you’ve confirmed that the asset(s) you’re searching for have tags that match the keywords you’re searching by, I recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can investigate the issue.
