Tried using the "find duplicates formula" that are posted in the community, everyone seems to be working, for some strange reason mine is not, wonder why…

Try the formula below, added "@cell".
=IF(COUNTIF([DWG no.]:[DWG no.], @cell = [DWG no.]@row ) > 1, 1)
