Formula help

I am counting assigned cases by month with this formula and getting an #incorrect argument error. Any suggestions on this formula. As you can see I have a helper column on the source sheet to reference the month:

=COUNTIF({2025 Corr Officer Tracker_ BI Investigator Assign}, "Brian Blocher", {2025 Corr Officer Tracker_ BI Month Num}, "3")

You need a COUNTIFS with the "S" on the end to be able to include multiple range/criteria sets.
