Capture All?

If I have a Workspace with multiple folders OR a folder with multiple subfolders is there a way to capture all sheets, grids, reports, dashboards, etc., in excel or pdfs without doing each individually…I need to do a "capture all" type of thing to archive in my company's SharePoint at the end of each project.

Maybe setting up a backup the workspace would work?

Select the workspace and right-click to select the option.
