Looking for Smartsheet Coach

Hi Community!

I'm newer(ish) to SS. My role as a Program Manager is drawing me to create a PMO ecosystem. I'm convinced this will be a game changer for multiple reasons. I've done many many Youtube tutirials and utilized ChatGPT. Every time I get close to understanding, I confuse myself and feel I need to start over. I'm just burning time and my confidence is tanking. My learning style could benefit from someone being willing to work/coach me; to ensure how the PMO is set up and I truly understand the fundamental concepts. I'm not looking for someone to do this for me, but with me. I really want to be good at SS and I need to stop the spiral and build results. I have started with a template. I know some may make recommendations on how to learn, but I really want to stress that I'm strictly here to find someone interested on some 1:1 coaching/learning. This is so important to me, that I'm willing to pay out of my own pocket; and hoping someone has 5-10 hours at a half reasonable rate. If this discussion board isn't the right place, where can I go to find someone?
