Getting Incorrect Argument Set on Formula

Hello!

I am trying to configure a formula to sum a spending detail sheet where it checks for the COA line and a Reconciled checkbox to be checked. I have a similar formula that works without issue that checks for another checkbox field to be checked. I copied the working formula to this new area for the formula and it is not functioning as intended. This is the formula so far:

Can someone please help me figure out what is incorrect? For reference, I have a working formula doing a similar setup which is below and what I used as my template.

Working formula used as template - I am removing the spending detail quarter in the formula and adding the reconciled checkbox where the NC purchase checkbox resides.

Make sure all {Ranges} are of the same size by clicking on the column header. Let the window load completely before selecting the range.
