WorkApps Ownership Transfer

Hi ,

One of our user wants to transfer the WorkApps Ownership. The previous owner of the WorkApps is no longer with the firm. Could you please suggest me the best possible option to transfer the ownership

If You Are a System Admin:

As a System Admin, you can transfer ownership of WorkApps and other assets (like sheets, reports, dashboards) that belonged to the former user.

Steps:

1. Go to Admin Center in Smartsheet.
2. Navigate to User Management.
3. Find the user who left the organization.
4. Click on their name and choose Transfer Ownership.
5. Select the new owner (an active licensed user).
6. Choose to transfer all assets, including WorkApps, to the new owner.

Thank you Naeem, I will check with the System Admin and ask them to transfer the workapps and the necessary obects in the workspaces
