Report Filters for Duration not working?

Hello,

I have a project tracking sheet where we layout target start & end dates for each subtask by using the predecessor and duration columns. I'm trying to create a report that shows when certain critical subtasks are rushed, so when "Task" is equal to "Approval" and "Duration" is less than "3d". I tried filtering by "Duration Is Less Than 3d" and when that didn't work I tried "Duration Is Not Equal To 3d", but that also failed. Regardless of what the duration is, it just showed every Approval task.

Is there a certain filter I should be using or a another helper column I could easily add to make this report?

Just remove the "d" and it should work! I just tested it out in a report
