Automation for form to send document to email

Hello all, I am trying to create some automation, the way I have it set up now is that when a certain field is set to that person on the form it will send them an update: i.e. Project closed, higher levels get the notification. The issue is the email isn't very clean - I tried generate document but it only attaches it to the row. Is there a way to get the document sent to x, y, z in email automation?
