Automation for form to send document to email

Hello all, I am trying to create some automation, the way I have it set up now is that when a certain field is set to that person on the form it will send them an update: i.e. Project closed, higher levels get the notification. The issue is the email isn't very clean - I tried generate document but it only attaches it to the row. Is there a way to get the document sent to x, y, z in email automation?

@sheeell To send it through Smartsheet without unclean workarounds like an update request, no. Best is to use another automation service like Power Automate or Make and have it send through another email system like Outlook, Gmail, etc.
