Data Shuttle isn't updating

Is anyone else having problems? I have tried saving the xlsx file differently, tried using a different field as a unique identifier, etc. My sheet doesn't update, and I know there are changes in the excel file!

Nothing is locked and all the columns are text/number.

With the info you’ve shared, it’s a bit hard to tell exactly what might be causing the issue, as several factors could affect your Data Shuttle workflow.

Here are a few things to check:

Are there any error messages showing up?
What does the run log say in the “Last Run” tab?
Make sure the correct source and target sheets are selected.
If you’re triggering the workflow by attachment, ensure the source file is actually being added.
If updating rows, confirm that the unique identifiers match between the source file and target sheet.
If new rows are expected, check the option “Add rows to the sheet as they are added to the source file.”
Has the workflow worked properly before, or is this a new setup?

If possible, sharing screenshots of your Data Shuttle setup (all workflow tabs) and a copy or mock-up of your source sheet (with sensitive data blurred) can help troubleshoot further.
