Could you help me change the primary email address?

- Log in to Smartsheet using your current (primary) email:

- Click your profile icon in the left-bottom corner.
- Go to Account Admin > Personal Settings.
- In the Email Addresses section:
- Click “Add Email Address”
- Enter your new email address and verify it via the confirmation email sent to that address.
- Once verified, go back to Email Addresses, and:
- Click the “Make Primary” option next to your new email address.
- You can now remove the old email if it's no longer needed.

Thank you, but I added a new address and cannot make it as a primary one.
A pop up says only admin can change it but I don't know who that is..

Try this:
- Log in to Smartsheet
- Click your profile icon (top-right)
- Select "Account Admin" or "Plan & Billing Info" (if available)
If you see a list of users, look for anyone listed as a System Admin — they’re the ones who can approve or make the change.
If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On) or domain management, only a System Admin or your IT team can update your primary login email. This helps protect account security and compliance.
