It sounds like you’re wanting to change the primary email address in your Smartsheet account.
Just in case you’re looking to change your email address here in Community, take a look here for more information: Update your Community email address or password.
Changing the primary email address of your Smartsheet account is an action that is restricted to System Administrators of Smartsheet plans - please reach out to your System Admin to have them make the change for you (instructions can be found here: Admin Center: Change a user's primary email address).
If you aren’t sure who your System Admin is and you have access to your existing account, you can find their information by clicking your Account profile icon > Plan Info. If you can’t access your existing account, please create a support ticket so that the team can investigate and assist.
