How do I have form responses in its own spreadsheet & not added to other forms in same workspace

Options

I created another form but the responses are being added to the workspace of other form's responses. I need to have that specific form have its own spreadsheet of responses and not combined with other form's responses.

I created another workspace, but cannot move that form into it. Sounds like from the community questions, there is no way to move the form to another workspace to have its own spreadsheet of responses. What is a work-around?

    Hi,

Do you own both workspaces? If so, you should be able to move that intake sheet to the new workspace. If you don't, you will need to create a new form in the workspace you own.

Am I understanding what you want to do? A form has to have an intake sheet for responses. If you have created a 2nd form inside another intake sheet, you cannot move that form. You have to create a separate one with its own intake sheet.

    Does that make sense?

When you create a form it automatically creates an intake sheet. The form is part of it.

  • If the form is created under the same workspace, it doesn't create its own intake sheet, unfortunately. I need a form to be created with its own intake sheet. There's only one intake sheet per workspace. I'm trying to figure out how to get around this without creating a new workspace for every form.
Plus, I want to keep using the same form that I created originally (with tons of work), and just tweak it for future forms, and I can't do that in a different workspace.

I don't follow what you are saying. Creating a form means you are also creating an intake sheet. If you are creating a form from the home page, then yes, it will create a new workspace. In order to create a form inside the same workspace, you need to be in the workspace you wish to create the new form in and create it from there. If you keep going to the home page to create a form, you will create a new workspace every time.

  • What is the home page? I want to create a form with its own intake sheet to be outside of the workspace. So I need to create another workspace, is what you're saying. So in order to create another workspace, I have to go to the home page. Where is the home page?
