Data Shuttle and Images

Hello Smartsheet World!

Has anyone found a solution to using Data Shuttle to import images? I am currently using a connection to an excel file on a SharePoint site that contains images. I would like to include these in my Smartsheet's but have only been able to manually associate images. This is not feasible as our Product lines can contain over a thousand products. This is the only piece that doesn't get pulled in via the Data Shuttle.

Please tell me that Smartsheet is working on Solution to this?

Hi @Kristen Cummings ,

So far as I'm aware, embedded images and attachments are not supported by Data Shuttle.

Fortunately, the team I work with makes custom connectors that have the advanced capabilities that you need. This can include either putting images directly into the Smartsheet cells, or attaching them into the row. All you'd need to do is share the Excel file with the connector, and it will start syncing the data into Smartsheet for you.
