Percent for activities 100% completed and for ongoing activities and for not started activities

Can anyone please help me with this

How i can get a percent of the activities that are 100% completed, and a percent of the activities that are ongoing and for the not yet started activities.

the total of three figures is 100% of the project.

I hope that I explained it correctly, and thank you in advance.

@Izzat AZ This you can do with a calculated column or the sheet summary fields. The exact formula you need will depend on your specific sheet setup though. For example, do you want to exclude parent rows from your percentage? If so, how many levels do you have? And which should be included or excluded?

Here's a basic calculation to get you started, we can update it depending on your answers to the above if needed. You'll need to format the column as a percentage, if you're using sheet summary fields, you'll need to add *100 to the end of each of the below to show them as whole numbers instead of decimals - unfortunately you cannot select % in the format for these.

Not Started:

=COUNTIF([% Complete]:[% Complete],0)/COUNT([% Complete]:[% Complete])

In Progress:

=COUNTIFS([% Complete]:[% Complete], <1, [% Complete]:[% Complete], >0)/COUNT([% Complete]:[% Complete])

Complete:

=COUNTIF([% Complete]:[% Complete], 1)/COUNT([% Complete]:[% Complete])
