Calendar App in Dashboard - remove list of calendars

I am embedding a calendar app into a dashboard using the web content widget. Even though I am using the direct link to the calendar, sometimes the full list of calendars I am shared to appears in the dashboard vs. only the calendar that should be displaying. Is there a way to embed the calendar so this doesn't happen? I saw this question was asked a long time ago but the answer has been removed.

Hi @Laurenzella,
I’ve tested and confirmed the expected behaviour on my end.
If the calendar is added to the web content widget using the link next to “Share Via Link”, that calendar will show in the dashboard to any users that the calendar is shared directly to - the users must be added in the “Allow Emails/Domains” box in the Share Calendar window above the Sharing link. If no users are listed in that box, any user other than the Calendar owner that views the dashboard will see the Calendar App home page - a list of all the calendars they are shared to.
If the calendar is added to the web content widget using the link next to “Publish Via Link”, all users viewing the dashboard will be able to view the calendar on the dashboard.
Therefore the resolution is to either use the sharing link in the web content widget and add emails/domains into the Allow Emails/Domains box in the Share Calendar window, or to use the publish link in the web content widget.

If you’re seeing behaviour that differs from what I’ve described above (for example, if you are the Calendar owner and you're still seeing the Calendar App home page - the list of all calendars you're shared to), please open a Support ticket so the team can investigate further.
Hope that helps!
Georgie

hi,
what link did you use ? did you use the link given by "Published Via Link" ?
-
No, I used the share link because we want the user to be able to click into the events for more details and leave comments.

That's odd I have not had that issue. I shared the calendar the same way you did.

It opens fine when I share it but I am trying to embed it into a dashboard with that link.
