Bridge Newbie - Trying to Update Dropdowns
Hi there! I'm trying to update a dropdown menu using Bridge for the first time. The workflow thinks it is running successfully, but the dropdown values are not being updated on the target sheet, so I've done something wrong. Upon running, it is still blank of any dropdown values despite my source column having three values. It's a test sheet right now, so Source Values really is the column name!
Any ideas?

@Callie Perez Does our video help where we go through an example of how to do this?

@Callie Perez I was getting that error yesterday intermittently on a workflow that was working fine, then got the error a couple times, then it started working again.
So, I'm unsure since I can't see all the settings in all the modules. But based on the language of the error I'm suspicious that it may be a Smartsheet error that goes away after some refreshing of the workflow…

@Darren Mullen thank you so much for the video! I watched and followed through but am getting the same error I did when I tried it on my own:
- workflow execution failed: Plugin Error INVALID_DATA : failed to execute extension module : Failed to parse module params : An unexpected error has occurred running your report and the Smartsheet.com team has been notified.
Is this something I need to put in a ticket for or does this still sound like user error?

@Darren Mullen Thanks again for the video! The error did resolve when I tried again awhile later, but I told my coworker I'm so glad I watched it anyway because I feel like I understood it much more than just reading the article SS provides.

Great! Yes, when Smartsheet causes errors like that it really tries your confidence and sanity! I was running a super simple flow yesterday and I was really scratching my head what was going on… then it just started working….
