Smartsheet Jira Connector compatibility with Jira Data Center v10

We are excited to announce that the Smartsheet Jira Connector now supports Jira Data Center version 10! 

If you have not yet migrated to Jira Data Center version 10, your Jira Connector instance should continue to work once updated. Be aware that when upgrading your Jira Data Center instance from v9 to v10, the Smartsheet Jira Connector may not sync Smartsheet items back to Jira during the upgrade process and you may need to Run or Reset the workflow after the upgrade is complete by hitting the “Reset” button next to your workflow name. 

If you have already migrated to Jira Data Center version 10 and your workflows are currently disabled, you will need to delete the webhook for the Jira Smartsheet Connector and reset your workflows, as Atlassian automatically disables unused webhooks after 30 days. This will not delete your workflows, and you should NOT delete your workflows in the Smartsheet Jira Connector. 

To delete the webhook used by the Jira Connector, take the following steps: 

1. As a Jira Admin, login to your Jira instance 
2. Navigate to webhook section (Settings > System > Webhook)
3. Search all the the webhook names starting with JIRA to Smartsheet shared webhook
4. Select and delete each of these webhooks
5. In the Jira Smartsheet Connector, click the “Reset” button next to each workflow name

Hi team,

in your announcement you do not refer to a specific jira version to use with the connector.
Does this mean that the connector does not require a specific jira version? Does it work with all version 10 versions?
i.e. the connector is not based on the fix (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-78833) that atlassian did in version 10.3.8 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/issues-resolved-in-10-3-8-1574504247.html)?

Hi @Jue yes we're working to take down the banner and expect it to be down by next week! I do not believe it is tied to the 10.3.8 fix but I'll confirm that.

@Jue Our fix isn't dependent on the 10.3.8 fix so should work with any v10 version!
