Inputting data into a calendar
Hello! When I enter data into a calendar (while in Table view), the data doesn't save. Please help! Thank you.

There is a restriction of 20,000 rows in grid / calendar. Table does not have this restriction. HOWEVER if your table has >20,000 anything entered above 20,000 rows will be lost when you revert back to grid/calendar.

- Auto-Save Feature:
- Smartsheet typically has an auto-save feature that should save your changes automatically. If you notice that data isn't saving, ensure that you are allowing enough time for the auto-save to complete after making changes. Sometimes, a slow internet connection can delay this process.
- Browser Compatibility:
- Ensure that you are using a compatible and updated web browser. Smartsheet works best with the latest versions of browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. If you're using an outdated browser, it may cause issues with saving data.
- Session Timeouts:
- If you have been inactive for a while, your session may time out, which can prevent data from being saved. Try refreshing the page or logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
- Permissions:
- Check your permissions on the Smartsheet. If you do not have the necessary permissions (like Editor or higher), you may not be able to save changes. Ensure that you have the correct access level to edit the sheet.
- Browser Extensions:
- Sometimes, browser extensions can interfere with web applications. Try disabling any extensions, particularly ad blockers or privacy tools, to see if that resolves the issue.
- Data Validation Rules:
- If there are any data validation rules set on the columns you are trying to edit, ensure that the data you are entering complies with those rules. Invalid data may prevent saving
Hope this helps

Thank you! I was neglecting to switch into Table view to enter the data. An easy fix, but I just couldn't figure it out for some reason.
Have a great day
