Dropdown Functionality
I have a list of employee names on 1 master sheet, and I am needing this list of names to be dropdown options on multiple other sheets. Currently I am having to manually add and delete the drop down list names. I am wondering if there is a functionality to tie a drop down list options to a list in a sheet so the options auto update based on updates made to the master sheet?

If you have access to Smartsheet Bridge or Datashuttle, you can use those. Otherwise you can consider a solution like this dropdown manager:
