Auto check box when conditions are met between two sheets

Hello Community,
I am rebuilding my inventory and compliance workspace. I have been using Datamesh to automate a lot of processes that took me a lot of manual time to do. However, I cannot figure out one thing that would make my processes easier.
I have a form where my users submit product compliance monthly. They provide the month being submitted for, their name, and tag #.
I want to take that month, tag #, and name in the submission sheet (sheet 1), if possible, and cross-reference another sheet (sheet 2). Once confirmed that they match, it will check a box (sheet 2) for the month associated with the month being submitted in my submission sheet (sheet 1).
I have tried so many different variations of formulas from some of the discussion boards and don't get the desired result. Is there an easier way I am overlooking?

Hi M, May need more info here but have you tried using 3 helper columns that pull in information based on the submitted details and depending what gets returned you can use an if formula to check/tick (or not tick) the required colum? Helper columns can be hidden if this works.
