Thanks for responding!! I do not have a contact column but was entering the email address. Would having a contact column make a difference? Also, I had already sent out approximately 190 successfully. The remaining 9 were the problem ones.

Have you checked your automation settings on the sheet? If it's too restrictive for the users you're trying to alert, those emails won't be sent.
