Prepopulating in Event Planning Tool

One of my colleagues created a form that we use to collect important data from our clients that populates into a spreadsheet. My question to the community is can I use this same form to prepopulate into an event planning tool?
Thank you in advance for your assistance

I'm going to assume that your form collects demographic info like Company name, HQ address, contact name, phone number, and email. I'm also going to assume that there isn't any duplication - so your form is only collecting information where there's one location for each company name.
If your event planning tool includes a "Company name" dropdown, you can create cross-sheet formulas to populate the event planning sheet. I say the Company name would need to be a dropdown because you want an EXACT match to your client data sheet. (Dropdowns would avoid one person entering Smartsheet, another entering smartsheet.com, and another entering Smartsheet Inc.) You could then use the company name to look up the address, contact name, and so on.
Just make sure the sharing permissions are sufficient that whoever would need the info will have access to both sheets. (Alternately, you can use the Premium app Data Mesh.)

Good luck!
