WorkApps - Shared with Several users, only one getting an error, all signing on through Microsoft
I have developed a WorkApp where I am sharing a form and sheet to multiple users. They all seem to have been added successfully but when they go to access the form, all but one can get to it. The form is shared in the same way and they have been added to the same role as everyone else. They are accessing via their Microsoft log in. We are all in the same organization. Anyone know why this would be working for some, but not all?

They are using Edge. That is our default browser. We found the solution. They had to be added to an AD 'Group' in order for it to work correctly.

It might be the browser they are trying to use. Have the user try the Edge browser and see if that works for them.
