Is it possible to output forms using the Bridege function?

I would like to output a multi-line form using Bridge, but I am having trouble generating the document. I would like to know.

Bridge can use forms as input, but cannot generate a Smartsheet form. 

I’m not sure I fully understand your request here, however, if you are looking to generate a document from form responses, you can do this using Document Builder. Responses from Smartsheet forms are submitted as rows in the connected sheet, and you can either manually generate documents from specific rows, or you can create automated workflows within Smartsheet so that documents are automatically generated based on a certain trigger. You could create a Bridge workflow that causes an action in your sheet that would trigger Smartsheet workflows to generate documents, or you could set up a Bridge workflow that’s triggered by form submissions (newly added rows). More information on Bridge can be found below:
