highlight duplicate cells in each row

In a sheet, I want to auto highlight duplicates in a row so that it looks like the example below where I manually highlighted the duplicates. I want each row to be considered on it's own and highlight the cells in the columns that are duplicates. There are consistently two sets in each row. I don't want to remove them, just want to make them more obvious for those that will be referring to this information.

In Smartsheet, there is no direct way to highlight duplicate values within a row using built-in conditional formatting — since conditional formatting in Smartsheet is column-based (not cell-by-cell like Excel).
