I am receiving the error message #NO MATCH.

I am receiving the error message #NO MATCH after several attempts to troubleshoot the problem.

I am wondering if the formula is broken? Current formula is: =IF([Individual Responsible]@row="","Machine/System",((VLOOKUP([Individual Responsible]@row,{Pop Report - Range},11,false))))

My first suggestion is to convert your VLOOKUP into an INDEX/MATCH.

=INDEX({Column To Pull From}, MATCH([Individual Responsible]@row, {Column To Match In}, 0))

If you are still getting that error, first check the source data to ensure the [Individual Responsible]@row is in fact in the source column. If it is, then check to see if that error is present in any cell being referenced.

If those don't help, screenshots of the source and target sheets would be very helpeful.
