Verification with Multiple Cells

Hi! I'm not sure this is even a thing, but I'm newish to Smartsheet so figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

I pull transaction reports from our accounting system, and need to verify that the person who made the purchase used the correct ID.

Here's an example. I need to verify that the name in the Employee Name column matches their assigned ID number. I'd like to reference hidden columns or another sheet that contains a list of the employees and their IDs (represented here in the black-highlighted cells).

If the name and ID in the report are the same as the name and ID on the master list I'd like a cell to populate with a positive indicator. If the name and ID don't match the master list I'd like a cell to populate a negative indicator.

Any insight would be incredible! Thank you!

Use a combination of IF statement and Index Match.

=IF(
Index({ID},Match([Employee Name]@row,{employee_name},0) = [ID]@row , 
"Correct" , "ERROR!")
