When I de-activate/disable a form, I would like to display a custom message. Right now it says, "The form you are attempting to access is no longer active." I would like for it to instead say something like, "The form you are attempting to access is currently under construction - please check back soon! You can contact XXXXX in the meantime if you have questions."
Creating a new form and re-linking isn't feasible in all situations, nor is creating an "under construction" helper column & modifying the form to only display that helper-field.
