AI formula generator is not working

Dear Community,

Kindly help to find the right way to resolve my issue.

For about a month I am trying to get help from Smartsheet support as AI formula generator is not working with my account (Enterprise license), no matter what wording am I using.

At the same time, at my coworkers accounts all works well.

Smartsheet support keep asking question without any help.

Hi @Nikolai Anishchenko,

It does sound like this issue is specific to your login. The best way to figure out the cause is to keep working with Support and answering their questions - if you’re on an eligible plan, you can also give them a call. To find the Support Team contact details, go to Account > Plan Info > Call 24x7 Support.

I also wanted to confirm that it’s not possible for System Admins to enable/disable AI features within the Admin Center - they’d need to work with their CSM or Account Rep to request enablement/disablement.

The Support team will be able to investigate whether AI features have been disabled for you, but since you’re able to open the AI features panel and type into the Generate Formula box, it does not appear to me that this is the case.

Unfortunately this issue is not a temporary glitch.

I simply cannot use the AI formula generator.

1. Check if AI Formula Generator is Enabled for Your Account

Even if you're on an Enterprise plan, your System Admin may have disabled the AI features. Do this:

Go to Account → Plan & Billing Info → Check AI Capabilities
Ask your Smartsheet Admin to confirm whether "AI Formula Generator" is enabled under Admin Center > Plan & Billing > Features.

2. Test in Incognito / Another Browser

Sometimes browser extensions interfere:

Try logging in with a different browser or in Incognito/Private mode
Clear cache/cookies

Thank you for your advise.

I have checked with system administrator - there are no settings possibility to be enabled under

Admin Center > Plan & Billing > Features

2. I am not using browser (most of the time I am using Smartsheet application). Today I tried to install brand new browser and result remain the same. Also I tried the solution you proposed - result is the same.

Issue occurs on all my sheets and on sheets shared with me.

@Georgie yes you are right about that if you are able to open AI tab then its enabled for you. and I was talking about this :
