This issue and for taking the initiative to connect with the Smartsheet University team regarding this issue
I wanted to follow up and share my experience directly, as I’m the one trying to take the Smartsheet Core Product Certification exam. I attempted the exam Today, but unfortunately, the platform froze as soon as I clicked on "Begin Test." I wasn’t able to proceed any further and have attached a screenshot for reference.
Later, when I tried to log in again to retake the test, I received an error message stating that the code was not recognized.
I’d really appreciate it if the issue could be resolved. Please let me know if a new code can be issued or if there’s any workaround available.
