so i have two sheets. one sheets is for new hires that we manually enter the username. we have taken over another group which they fill out another set of new hires from another department. i want to copy that new entry not the entire row because i need to map their info which has a different column name then the column names as our. im trying to copy over the Candidate name to the CVC onboarding which is our tracker and want to copy over the candidate name to mape it with the preferred name.
-Date needed Field mapped to start date
-Vet or tech field needs to be mapped to job name
-site Mapped to position location
-Candidate name mapped to preferred name.
-RV Email mapped to email (Personal)
-RV phone number mapped to Phone Number
i need to map these fields together. any suggestion how i can make this work? i copying the row to a helper file and trying to map it but i already have some of the columns in the sheet i need it in already have formulas in the Cells. not sure if this affect it negatively.
