We consolidated all Smartsheet API webhook traffic behind a single domain: webhooks.smartsheet.com. This simplifies firewall management for customers and enhances security by eliminating the need to manage multiple Smartsheet IP addresses.
Note: On Jun 11, 2025, we sent an advanced notice email to SysAdmins asking them to work with their IT teams to add webhooks.smartsheet.com to their organizations’ firewalls. If your organization currently allows specific Smartsheet IPs to receive webhook callbacks, they will continue to work only until Sep 1, 2025. However, to prevent disruption to new and existing webhooks, please ensure that traffic from webhooks.smartsheet.com is allowed.
