IF Statement to move data from row 2 to row one

Could someone help me with If if-then statement

When Data Shuttle runs Monday - Sunday, Data is always placed on the next row.

I would appreciate it if someone could help move Tuesday in row 2 to the same field in row 1. I am sure I will need to use for every field.

Hi @cswicegood,

I’m not sure I fully understand what you’re looking to do, but one thing you could try is to add a new column and then use this formula:

=IF([Day of the Week - Tuesday]2 <> "", [Day of the Week - Tuesday]2)

This says “if the cell in row 2 of the “Day of the Week - Tuesday” column is not blank, return the value of that cell here”.

You could then drag the formula down to ensure that the row reference gets changed for every row, so that each row looks at the cell in the referenced column in the row below.

It might be that a different formula would work better for your needs, but it’s likely that you’ll need a helper column as creating the formula in the same column would result in a circular reference error.

If this formula isn’t what you’re looking for, could you provide some further information and perhaps a screenshot that shows more of your sheet so we can fully understand your request?
