The proofs functionality is very helpful for a distributed team!
Now, why not take proofing in Smartsheet to the next level and make it fit to help generate complex contracts (like 100 pages+) and to be reviewed by multiple parties along the way.
Currently longer documents are not really easy to review in proofing and comments and notes from a previous version are not easily accessible.
I suggest to lift Proofing to v. 2.0 by adding features that allow easy overview, navigation, reviewing and commenting for long contracts. As a starting point maybe look at MS Word's review features.
