Can I share a Collection within a workspace with External Partners (non license user)?

We have workspaces for implementation customers and internally we share the workspace to our licensed users. But we want to collaborate with the customer, essentially replace workapp with collection, and Create Collections, and share as viewer, editor, and commentor, without the user having to have a licensed user?

Hi D, Hope this helps - I have shared a collection to my gmail (unlicenced account) and can see (via gmail access) what I need to see ? Also I have created a seperate workspace for the collections which is also shared to my gmail account.
